P.S. I'll try to update this section every week so check back for more recipes!

CUBAN BREAD:
15 oz warm water
1 oz fresh yeast
0.5 oz salt
1 oz sugar
1.5 lb bread flour
1 egg
1- Start by measuring all your ingredients. And set the oven to 350 degrees
2- Divide water in half and dissolve the yeast in it. Reserve the other half of the water.
3- Mix the salt and sugar with the flour.
4- Start by adding the water with no yeast by parts kneading the dough between each addition.
5- Add the water with the yeast. Knead thoroughly until you get a uniform dough. If sticky, add more flour.
6- Flour a clean surface or bowl and place your dough to rest, cover with a damp towel and let rise until size has doubled.
7- Grease and flour a baking sheet.
8- Once the dough has doubled in size, start by separating 1.5 oz dough balls. Roll on a surface to get a round shape (or make it the shape you want).
9- Place balls on the baking sheet and cut an X on the surface of each one. Cover again and let them rest for about 30 min.more.
10- Prepare an egg wash and brush on your dough balls before placing them in the oven. Bake them until golden brown (about 25-30 min)
11- Let your bread cool for a bit and you're done and ready to eat! :D
