MANI MONDAY: VALENTINE'S NAIL STICKERS

For this year's Valentine's manicure I decided to try out these cute nail stickers with a design of colorful mini hearts. Nail stickers are great and they have lots of pros: no smudging, no drying time, they come in tons of designs, easy and quick to apply, and a great option if you have difficulties painting your left hand. 

Para el manicure de San Valentín de este año me decidí a probar estas lindas stickers para uñas con un diseño de coloridos mini corazones. Las stickers para uñas son geniales y tienen un montón de ventajas: no se arruina el diseño, no hay tiempo de secado, vienen en un montón de diseños y colores, fáciles y rápidas de aplicar, y son una buena opción si tienes dificultades para pintar las uñas de tu mano izquierda.

 You will need: 1 pack of nail stickers, scissors, and a nail file.

Necesitan: 1 paquete de stickers para uñas, tijeras y una lima.

 I painted my nails with 2 thin coats of white to make the colors of the sticker pop since they are transparent.

Pinté mis uñas con 2 capas finas de blanco para que los colores de los stickers resaltaran ya que son transparentes.

 Remove the sticker from the sheet and place on your nail.

Retira la sticker de la hoja en que vienen y colocala sobre la uña. 

 If it's too wide for your nail, trim off a bit of the sides.

Si es muy ancha para tu uña, corta un poco de los extremos.

 Trim a bit from the top as well to make the next step easier.

Corta un poco del exceso de arriba para que el siguiente paso sea más fácil.

 File the sticker down the tip of your nail to give it the perfect shape and remove any excess. You can add a bit of top coat to seal the edges.

Lima el sticker hacia abajo por la punta de tu uña para darle la forma perfecta y remover cualquier exceso. Puedes agregar un poco de brillo para sellar los bordes.

And you're done! Now you have super cute looking nails for this Valentine's day :)
