Competencia Culinaria




YAAAYYY!!! Last saturday I participated in a culinary competition (desserts category) with this opera gateau and won 2nd place! I'm super happy! :D


Yummy layers of jocund (almond biscuit), coffee buttercream and ganache.

      Hello Lis! Welcome to the blog <3 This is a slice of a torte called opera made with layers of almond cake, chocolate ganache and coffee flavored buttercream. It's very delicious :)
