VALENTINE'S LAYERED JELLO CUPS

Valentine's Day is coming up very soon (Friday) and I thought about making an easy dessert for those of you planning on preparing a romantic meal :) I made layered jello cups, a light and sweet dessert that looks pretty as well. The recipe is super simple, but it does take some time to complete. Hope you enjoy it! ;)

Layered Jello Cups:

-Red Jello:
One pack of any flavor as long as it's red
-White Jello:
1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/4 cold water
1/2 boiling water
7 oz sweetened condensed milk

Start by preparing your red jello according to the instructions on the package. Set aside
Pour the cold water in a bowl and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over it. Let it bloom (rest) for about 2 minutes.
Next pour in the boiling water and whisk until dissolved.
Whisk in the condensed milk until the mixture is smooth.

To assemble:
Pour a layer of red jello first and place it in the freezer for about 3 minutes. When it's ready to proceed, the jello has to be set but not completely firm or the next layer won't stick. To check this, your finger has to stick to the surface and it should not look liquid as the top might crack causing your colors to blend together.
Add a layer of the white mix and repeat the cooling process.
Continue adding as many layers as you want. They can be as thick or thin as you like.

Copas de Gelatina en Capas:

-Gelatina Roja:
